As a new land owner it was difficult to see the potential of our lot through all the thick trees and underbrush. Frank Nielsen artfully selected and logged the property, clearing just enough of the overgrowth to give us a peaceful parklike setting. The trees that were left, gave privacy, shade and protection from the elements but still allowed us a spectacular view of the ocean and adjacent islands. He created a little slice of heaven from what was a cool, dark and overgrown lot.

Sidney Island Lot 93

Frank has just completed developing our lot on Sidney Island. We are very pleased with his work. He had great ideas about how to enhance the property and preserve the best of the natural vegetation. He has spent a lot of time on Sidney Island and knows the properties and the island’s regulations well. The suggestions he made about ways to develop our lot were most appreciated. He was directly involved with all of the work, and clearly takes pride in it. He also made good suggestions for the most economical ways to accomplish this project.
